PSG Marine & Logistics was contracted by Transglobal to carry out vessel discharge services for a renewable energy project cargo at the Port of Aberdeen. The works were delivered under full contract lift terms and completed within a single operational day. A 600te Terex Demag TC2800-1 lattice boom crane was deployed to handle the heavy cargo lifts, with the heaviest unit weighing 70 tonnes.

The lift team mobilised the Terex Demag TC2800-1 crane on-site at the Port of Aberdeen, ensuring it was fully configured to handle the demands of the reel discharge. All cargo units were safely discharged from the vessel and placed at the designated laydown area within the one-day operational window. PSG’s lift management team oversaw the entire process to ensure compliance with safety procedures and contract lift regulations.
